The iPhone 4 is in high demand and many people were not able to get one on launch day. More than likely there will be lines on the AT&T stores and apple stores to get the iPhone, maybe not as long as launch day but there will be lines so if I was you, I would make sure to get there early, I was one of the person that wasn't able to pre order my iPhone so I was in line for 12 hours got to the apple store at 1am and didn't get the iPhone until 12:30 pm let mr tell you this iPhone lives up to the hype it's a great iPhone.

I'm 99% sure I'll swing by there after work (was going to go meet up crazzyeddie on the other side of the state but ah...) - havent even setup my new MBP yet because Ive been waiting for Leopard. Needless to say this week has gone by really slow.

Native Instruments (http://www.nativeinstruments.de/index.php?home_us), Traktor 2.5 IMHO is essential for non-vinyl Dj'ing, and with Reaktor Session you get excellent synths for a decent price... I like that :)

I like to partition my drives....it keeps everything more organized...I uslly have 10gb for my os and apps and then all my docs and music and stuff on whatever space is left

I think I got what you want, but unfortunately I tweaked a little here and there too much and so I'm not completely sure what all I changed. I'm attaching a screen shot of the result in Firefox 4 RC1. As a note, the page doesn't look right in Opera 11. The background gradient color on the body is what's off.

I don't have any idea about the battery issue, but the No Service part could be indicative of the Sim card coming dislodged. I'd try pulling out the Sim tray and making sure that the card is seated properly.

This happens to me too, it doesn't freeze or crash, but the video and audio won't play because they're designed for WMP 10.

Hmm, the update removed src.jar so Eclipse no longer has source attachments, and strangely I am unable to restore via Time Machine. The Developer Package does not help either.

You have a loop. The "system" command is executed each time in the loop. So when you enter "Q" to exit the loop, all the commands are executed again. That's what the printf should have shown you.
So what happens when you execute the second system () call? I don't expect it to work. I expect it to overwrite the output of the first system () command.
I fixed how I exit the loop but overwriting was never a problem. The code that uses the file was not incorporated yet.

Most bi-OS folks use a native Windows backup as their primary line of defense and run that within Windows. (The W7 backup is fairly decent).
What we are talking about here is really imaging/cloning while booted to OS X, which can be useful in cases like the OPs where they may want to resize the Windows partition.
If you use Parallels or Fusion with a non-shared (Boot Camp) VM, they VM is just a file and gets backed up with your regular Mac OS X backups. The VM software alos allows you to make "snapshots" of the VM as another level of backup. You lose that ability in a shared Boot Camp/VM install of Windows.
So if you don't need full access to the hardware, stick with a VM-only install for the most flexibility.

i run Maya, Nuke, and Adobe CS5 in Windows 7 Boot Camp, so i definitely need full access to the hardware. so if i am working in Windows via Boot Camp, i can backup my files with Windows Backup, but its not actually making a bootable copy/clone of Windows, right?
what i'm looking for is the ability to make a clone of my Boot Camp partition just like i do with my OSX partition. i'd like it so that if i had to replace the hard drive my Boot Camp partition is on, i can just copy the (clone/image/bootable backup) back to the new hard drive.

While the 17 inch has enough room for such a beast, unless Apple have come up with new ways to cool their machines, and with their G5 experiments, they should have plenty ready, they won't be able to use something more interesting.
It would be nice to see a really amazing, slick machine with really high end portable graphics hardware but Apple will be conservative.

The color inconsistency may have to do with your browser and PS not using colorspaces properly.
He probably has color management turned on, and when he loads the images into the browser the colors are different. The solution would be to turn color management off in Photoshop.
Another issue might be that he is using blending modes for his rollovers that get lost when the image is flattened.
