2.For c9 Eligibility status which option should I select?.

I am a July filer and have the option of working for a reputable company as expert consultant for 6 months (initial offer). Yates memo indicates that self-employment is possible. Here is my question: Do we need to register a company to be considered self-employed? As a consultant you may not have a customer for while. Isn't it better to register a company if you want to claim self employment? What are the pros and cons of registering a company?

My parents are planning to apply for visitor visa. My aunt (dad's sister) has applied a immigrant petition for him about 4 years back and it is still in process. If my dad applies for a visitor visa which is non-immigrant intent, will he face any issues with issuance of visitor visa ?

If your 'temp stay' implies staying in a hotel and flying to Chicago on the weekend then no. If it means that you have leased an apartment and plan to stay in NY for a few months then sure go ahead and fill it out.

This is what I would have done based on my interpretation of the requirements.

Hi,
I was working for a telecom company. I passed 6 years and then was on 1 year extension. Meanwhile my I140 was approved. Lately i was given pink slip and then transfer my H1 to another company. i couldn't join the company since i was waiting for approval notice for my H1 Transfer. Today i received the denial notice for my H1 transfer and extension. I called to the lawyer and they told me to file for B2 as they haven't received the notice as of yet. So the reason of denial is still unknown. I was wondering what are my current options? Should i wait and file a motion for the H1 transfer denial or should i go ahead with B2? Please advise.

I am the principal beneficiary and my husband is my derivative, however he got his fp (On july 12) and I haven't received mine!
Should I go with him and try to get fp? I am afraid they wont let me do it, because I only have the case #'s from the back of the checks, i dont have receipts yet!
The only thing we got so far is hi fp notice
